Shipping guidelines

At Tivantra, we prioritize fast and reliable delivery of your orders. This shipping policy provides an overview of our shipping process and ensures a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.


Shipping costs

Free standard shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum order value.
Express shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays. Due to high order volume, occasional delivery delays may also occur. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We ship across the UK using trusted local delivery partners, including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Yodel and Parcelforce.


Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery time

Standard shipping: Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days after processing, depending on the destination country.
Express shipping: Delivery usually takes 4–6 business days, depending on the destination country.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays, holidays, weather conditions, or disruptions on the part of the transport company.


Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the shipping provider's website


Missed or failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer's absence, the courier may leave a notification or attempt delivery again. Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct and complete.


Lost or damaged packages

Lost packages: If your package has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us. We will either send you a replacement or refund the full purchase price.

Damaged packages: Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at info@tivantra.com and attach clear photos of the damage.


Customs and import duties

For international shipments outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, or local processing fees may apply depending on the regulations of your country. These costs are borne by the customer.
